Great Himalayan international park- It is located in the district of Kullu; it offers unparallel & eye-catching ecological scenes of western Himalayas which is the sole reason behind the foundation of Himalayan International Park. Several species can be found at this park like Cheer, Brown Bear, Leopard, snow leopard, monal, Tragopan, Kalij etc. Along with sightseeing places, people can also enjoy other camping activities like trekking, mountain climbing and so on. In addition to Himalayan species, there are several other small mammals can be found like Indian Pika, Himalayan Weasel, Indian flying squirrel, yellow throated Marten and Porcupine. Bhrigu Lake- It’s not only lake, many people considered it as ‘pool of God’. It’s a pleasant pool located at an altitude of approx 4000 m above from ground. Being a sacred place, millions of local & international devotees come to this place for taking a holy bath at this pool. Lake and nearby places offers amazing shots while dawn and dusk of the Sun.
Bijli Mahadev- It is one of the most sacred places in Kullu; this temple is located away at half an hour drive from Manali. This temple is devoted to Hindu God, Lord Shiva; devotees across the globe come to this shrine for receiving blessings in the form lightning. At the door of temple, there are two adorn statues of Nandi (vehicle of Lord Shiva) positioned. There is no doubt that the temple is the most favorite place for travelers & local public too.
Raghunathji Shrine- It is another popular and old shrine located on the green lush land of Manali. This temple is devoted to Hindu Lord Rama and located at an altitude of approx 2000m above ground. Many festivals like Dusshera etc bring millions of devotees across the planet to this temple. At the time of festivals, whole premises of shrine is decorated with several lights and other decorative stuffs which gives an ultimate appealing look to the shrine.
Sultanpur Palace- it is an ultimate, marvelous as well as historical architecture which is located near the Raghunathji temple. The structure is designed and made according to colonial & Pahari styles. This palace is so popular for its paintings, statues and structures.
